A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit secures your chosen kitten and removes them from our available listings.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or inability to collect.

Deposits cannot be transferred or moved to another kitten. If you wish to reserve a different kitten, a new deposit will be required.

The remaining balance is due in full before your kitten reaches 14 weeks of age. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in the kitten being re-listed and the deposit being forfeited.

Payment plans are available — please see our Payment Plans page for details. All instalments must be kept up to date.

Kittens are ready to leave at 14 weeks of age. We are based in Warrington, Cheshire. Collection arrangements will be agreed in advance.

We do not offer delivery. All kittens must be collected in person.

All kittens leave Koshachiykoon microchipped, vaccinated, vet checked, and TICA registered. Parents are tested for HCM, SMA, and PKdef.

We recommend all kittens are registered with a vet within 48 hours of collection.

A kitten contract must be signed before a deposit is accepted. The contract sets out the full terms of rehoming, our health guarantees, and your responsibilities as the new owner.

By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the kitten contract.
